In this video, Mr. Wumpus and Moyah tackle the “oh so daunting” analysis of 20 minutes of brand new Fallout3 gameplay footage… Yes this is the first time we’ve ever done audio commentary on anything, of any kind. It’s actually pretty decent and since the audio for the actual videos is still there I believe this is an interesting way to watch the footage, getting commentary from someone who isn’t the developer (he doesn’t say anything interesting at all anyways). The sound quality is excellent, the commentary quality is above average but could use work, well, it is our first attempt. We plan on actually making more of these but much, much shorter because a 22 minute video is just absolute fucking hell to render, compress and upload. Enjoy. This turned out to be quite watchable in the end, but we plan to practice and hopefully make future versions of this even more awesome. Maybe there should also be an intro of some sort.

Haven’t had a new video in a while so here I shall show you what we were working on over a year ago. This video is no longer relevant because there are some people in this video whom are no longer part of EW and there are some current members of the wumpus crew who do not appear in this video. What you see here is a trailer I put together back when we still thought that Exploding Wumpus would become an internet show or something.

About the copy-written music, the first song is “The final countdown” by Europe and the second is “Am-180″ by Grandaddy. Neither of the songs are ours and they belong to the creators and we are not trying to pretend this songs are our property. We think that putting this video up is not a big deal because this video is not a serious project of ours, this video was merely our attempt to show you something we had worked on in the past and it just doesn’t work without the music. If you are the creator of the music and wish us to remove it, then please send a cease and desist message and I will be sure to remove the video immediately, we really don’t mind.

The first Exploding Wumpus video review. This review is of a game called n+. I have to apologize for some deterioration in quality at points, some of the footage from the game can look a little boxy and scratchy and I apologize, we have no really good way of recording footage from a TV and so at some point during rendering the footage something fucked up and now the video looks scratchy and awful at some points and we aren’t quite sure how to fix it. It still looks like 90% fine though.

If you don’t like it then don’t worry because it’s only our first attempt at a review ever and if you liked it then tell us so we feel inclined to make more!

Watch for an extra scene seconds after what appears to be the end (when we give it a score) for the funniest moment in the entire video.

This is a song by our good friend Mike Ackman, he unfortunately has to put all his music up on myspace right now, (maybe you’ll find it here one day) but it’s good stuff and this one song in particular was so awesome I decided we would put together a video. Filming this was a gong show and the footage we got was terrible, but thanks to some post production magic this video looks fairly decent. But trust me, if you knew what the raw footage for this video looked like, you would consider this a goddamn miracle.
